Accounts and Membership
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. Creating an account is required for booking appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.
Billing and Payments
All fees must be paid in accordance with the prices and terms in effect at the time of payment. We use SSL-secured communication and comply with PCI standards to protect your data. Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard in AED. Refunds are generally not provided, except under specific circumstances outlined below. Payment confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available only if:
- A confirmed appointment is canceled in a timely manner.
- Services are not completed due to our gross negligence or misconduct.
- Services provided differ from those described.
Refunds can be credited back to your original payment method or converted to store credit. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
General and Pet Safety
In case of your pet’s illness or injury during transportation, we will seek veterinary care. You are responsible for all related costs. Your pet must be free of communicable diseases and fully vaccinated per UAE laws. Provide accurate health records and necessary travel preparations for your pet. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
We are not liable for incidents involving third-party carriers. You agree to hold us harmless for any claims arising from transportation handled by third parties.
Third-Party Services
Using third-party services through our Platform is at your own risk. We are not responsible for their actions or the handling of your data by these services.
User Comments and Feedback
We may use any comments or feedback you provide without restriction. You agree not to submit any unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove objectionable content.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purposes or to violate any regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to harassment, discrimination, spreading malware, and commercial activities without our consent.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on our Platform belongs to Pawpaths or our licensors. You do not have the right to reproduce, copy, or use any part of our Services without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranty

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the month prior to the event causing the liability.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims or costs arising from your use of our Services or your violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai and the UAE. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
Changes and Amendments
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
