Our rates vary based on the distance and type of trip (one-way or return). Simply call or WhatsApp us your pick-up and drop-off locations and our team will immediately confirm the fare price.
We don't have any hidden charges. All 2-way trips prices include 30 minutes waiting time, if you exceed that, you will be charged AED50 for each additional 30 minutes of waiting.
We accept all pets, regardless of type, breed or size. So long as they fit for travel.
Call or WhatsApp us your pick-up and drop-off locations and our team will confirm your booking right away. We can't wait to meet you and your furry friend!
We get it, sometimes plans change. For that reason cancellations are completely free up to 60 minutes before the booking.

What makes Pawpaths different?
Our years of experience exporting pets & importing pets ensures a stress-free experience for you.
Here are some of the services which you may not know we provide for your pet relocation:-
- Complete itinerary once a booking is confirmed with all associated contact numbers (24hour emergency contact number is also provided)
- Collection of your pets from your residence in our Air-Conditioned Vehicles by our caring driver.
- Walks by our trained Pawpaths team at the airport prior to the flight.
- Regular updates are sent to you via SMS mostly email to let you know how your pets are doing and when they have departed or arrived.
- Flight tracking of pets and notification of your pet’s arrival.
We understand that this is a very emotional decision and we want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision to entrust Pawpaths with the transport of your pet/pets.
Will someone feed my pet or will someone be with my pet in the aircraft?
No, there will be no one at the cargo hold with your pet. This is strictly not allowed.
Can you pick up my pet without me there?
Of course. Just leave us all the appropriate information (key location etc.) and you can WhatsApp or email us the vaccination certificate. We will keep you updated throughout the journey with pictures / videos and messages.
How far in advance do I need to book?
This will depend on the location of the cars at the time of booking. Typically, we never need more than 30 minutes but you’re welcome to book a ride in advance to ensure your preferred time or driver is available.
How can I pay?
We accept both cash and card through a payment link which the dispatcher will send to you.
